We just threw a ton of information at you, so here are some of our frequently asked questions. If you have any other questions, we're happy to help!
Can I sample the invitations in person?
We offer pre-made samples of designs from our collection available for purchase so you can feel the paper, experience the colors, and see the quality before placing your full order. General sample packs are also available by request. A sample fee credit will go toward your order total. If you're near Houston we offer consultations in our studio, it's stocked with color samples, paper swatches, and a growing portfolio of our client work.
How many invitations should I order?
Make sure to count the number of households, not the number of guests, or you will end up with lots of extras. We recommend ordering 5 to 15 extras in case an invitation is returned or lost in the mail, a guest was forgotten, and to have some keepsakes. Please keep in mind, if you request extras after your order has been fulfilled, the minimum re-order amount is 25 pieces.
How should I word my invitations and stationery?
Once you book with us, we will send you a welcome packet that has tons of helpful information for wording and etiquette. We have additional resources and tips on our blog. Of course, we're also here to help formulate the perfect wording.
When do I order my day of items?
It is often the case that the quantities for your day-of stationery items depend on the response from your wedding invitations. We can begin designing your day-of items as soon as your invitations are in the mail. We recommend ordering thank you cards along with your invitations, as gifts can start arriving rather early! Plus, we offer discounts for our repeat customers, and package pricing when ordering multiple items at once.
Do you offer more than what is listed?
We love custom designs and projects, so contact us to inquire about something not listed. In addition to creating your perfect wedding stationery, we also provide stationery for babies and kids, everyday stationery and gifts, and also take on limited business branding clients.
